Exercise is very important in building bigger, well shaped buttocks. Adding muscle to your buttocks will make them bigger, rounder, stronger and they will generally look better. However, exercise alone is not enough to give you the butt you want

There are two reasons for this. First you need nutrition such as carbohydrates and protein in order to rebuild your muscles after a workout, without enough nutrition your body can not recover fast enough between workouts and you will not get the results you are after. 

Secondly, a great looking butt does not only consist of muscle but also fat. Adding some fat to your booty is going to increase its size and in combination with some added muscle mass is going to give you a great looking butt.

So, you need good protein to rebuild your butt muscles after a workout and healthy fats will add fat to your booty and thus further increase its size and sexy looks.

Nuts: Nuts of all kinds contains Omega 3 fatty acids and this is not only good for your butt but also for your heart and your general health. Apart from healthy fats, nuts also contains a lot of protein which is important for building muscles.

Eggs: Eggs also contain Omega 3 and a great number of vitamins and minerals. Apart from this eggs also contain good protein

Salmon: Salmon contains Omega 3 and other healthy unsaturated fats. It also contains a high percentage of protein. All kinds of fat fish is a great choice when it comes to butt building and it is also recommended to eat "fatty" fish to keep your heart and body in good condition.

Seeds: Seeds like Flaxseeds and Chia Seeds contains healthy fat such as Omega 3 and Omega 6 as well as a lot of protein. They also contain a antioxidants and fiber. Adding some Chiea Seeds and Flaxseeds to your breakfast and/or as a snack is a great idea. You can for example add seeds to your Pancakes, smoothies and juices, or simply add och couple of spoons in your cereals or cornflakes. Avocados: Avocados taste great and they are good for your health as well. Avocados contain healthy fats and is also a good source of vitamin E, A, B6 and C. Avocados also contains good protein and minerals. Avocados are easy to use and can be consumed just like they are or used in salads, wraps and sandwiches. 

Milk: Nothing you can eat or drink contains as much nutrition as milk. It contains almost all vitamins and minerals you need (except vitamin C). It is great source of calcium which are important for your bones and it is also a good source of protein. Choose the full fat milk as the fat it contains is great for building your booty.

Beef: Beef has the reputation of not being heart friendly. However this only partly true. Over consuming is not good for your heart but when eaten in moderation, beef has several benefits. It is for example a great source of protein and  would be a good meal after a workout as this would help the body to recover and "build that booty". Beef also contains valuable minerals such as iron, phosphorus, and potassium. It also contains vitamin B12 and B3. A good steak will also "fill you up" and thus stop your cravings for junk foods.

Chickpeas: Packed with protein and fiber, chickpeas are a great addition to your diet for building a bigger butt. They can be used in salads, stews, or even roasted as a crunchy snack.

 Quinoa: This protein-packed grain contains all nine essential amino acids, making it a complete protein source. It also provides fiber for improved digestion and nutrient absorption.

Greek Yogurt: High in protein and low in fat, Greek yogurt is a fantastic option for building muscles, including your glutes. It also contains beneficial probiotics for gut health.

 Cottage Cheese: cottage cheese contain proteins, riboflavin, vitamin B12, calcium, sodium as well as vitamin A and calcium  which is important for your bones. Cottage cheese is excellent on sandwiches and can also be used in salads.

Sweet Potatoes: Rich in complex carbohydrates, sweet potatoes provide sustained energy for your workouts and promote muscle growth, including your glutes.

 Edamame: These young soybeans are high in protein and fiber, making them a great option for muscle building. They can be boiled, steamed, or roasted for a satisfying and healthy snack.Pumpkin Seeds:

 Brown Rice: As a complex carbohydrate, brown rice provides a steady source of energy for your workouts. It's also high in fiber and essential minerals for overall health.
